I'm planning on buying a digital camera, best brand? Also, what brand shouldn't I get?
Any of the major camera makers would offer you a quality camera. Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Panasonic, Leica, Olympus. It then becomes a matter of what features are important to you in a camera.
Go to http://dpreview.com and compare the different cameras in your price range, side by side.. Look at the features and see which you find most appealing. then read the reviews and study the sample images. When you have narrowed down your options, go to a store, and handle the different cameras, play with the controls and look through the menus, see which you feel most comfortable with.
Just because one person says Canon and another says Nikon does not mean that their choice is right for you, only you can decide which is right. The wrong camera will be one you don't use because it is not comfortable for you.

For me I use Samsung s800 it's ok but sometime it 's blur picture. for more detail i recommend u see here more model u want and cheap too.
