What are you looking for from a pocket digital camera? I guess it must be simple,pocket size,and the most important thing is can help you a lot better photograph.
Well, Canon PowerShot SD780IS is the best choice. why? Because the size is so small. Easy to carry around in your pocket.
Picture quality? I can’t complain. I am not a professional photographer, but i know all photos made by Canon PowerShot SD780IS is good enough for me. I can take any photo with my own style. this can happen because this camera have a advance technology: DIGIC 4. It can make all your photo as good as happen.
As an review my Canon, DIGIC 4 have another high technology named i-Contrast (Intelligent Contrast Correction) system, which controls the compensation level in pixel units to brighten dark areas while leaving bright areas unchanged for better images where the main subject is dark, and more natural transition. The PowerShot SD780 IS Digital ELPH can even use i-Contrast in playback mode to adjust images that were shot without the setting activated. It can help you more to make a good photos.
One more value is HD movies. I was specifically in the market for point and shoot that did video well. Hooked the camera up to your HD TV via mini hdmi and feel amazed that this tiny little guy took such sharp video. a bad news is in low light, the video can be a little noisy, but that is going to happen with any digital camera.
