By Sayani PradhanMumbai- following three weeks after its data breach, Sony has partially resumed the services of its PlayStation Network in the United States and Europe as stated by the company in an email to Bloomberg News.

The operations that have been resumed includes music downloads, chat services and online gaming. Sony had suspended its services from 20th April following data breach and attack by hackers.
Players were upset as Sony failed to resume the services on 1st may as it had promised. following this Sony hired numerous security personnel to find out the root cause of the matter.
The company stated that it is planning to restore all its online services and full operation including purchases of video content and games by the end of this month.
